In order to use the SSLStar Services (SSLStar), we require Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details.

Payment details may include credit card details and/or direct debit details.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.

Any information collected by SSLStar is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any Company Details, Contact Details, and Payment Details collected from SSLStar customers is required in order to provide you with our SSLStar product, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

We use third parties to provide the essential SSL Certifate issuance in order to provide SSLStar services on our site. When you sign up for SSLStar, we will share your web server and company details details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any purpose other than fulfilling SSL Certificate orders.

SSLStar does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer's name. We do obtain the customer's consent prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If at any time the customer feels that they no longer wish to have their testimonial posted on the site they can request for it to be removed by emailing us.

There are many links on the SSLStar site to external entities. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only covers the domain name of www.SSLStar.co.uk.
